Raffle entries are only sold online through this site. No sales are available at the fire station or in person anywhere.
You can purchase multiple tickets at one time for the same or different raffles.
Each raffle will continue until it is sold out.
You will receive an email receipt for your purchase. If you don't receive it please check your spam folder because it may end up there.
Ticket numbers are assigned in the order they are purchased and the ticket list will be published on our Facebook page before the drawings.
Participants will be notified of the drawing and they are often done at 7:00 p.m. the day after the raffle sells out.
All drawings will be live on Facebook.
Winners are selected through the use of SureTip tip board or other number randomization raffle technique.
Winners are notified by phone and text.
Gift cards and cash prizes can be sent via US Mail but merchandise must be picked up in North Lawrence, Ohio by the winner or their designee.
North Lawrence Volunteer Fire Department reserves the right cancel and refund any raffle purchase for lack of interest. Refunds will be processed through Shopify policies and procedures.
North Lawrence Volunteer Fire Department reserves the right to draw the winner of any raffle whenever necessary even if the total advertised ticket count is not met.
Any prize not claimed within 30 days of the announced winner will remain property of the North Lawrence Volunteer Fire Department.
All raffle prizes will abide by Ohio Laws governing raffle winnings.
